While there are many attractions to see in Lachen Sikkim, everyone should put a trip to the Lachen Gompa or Lachen Monastery at the top of their agenda. The Shingba Rhododendron Sanctuary is home to an amazing array of stunning more than forty Rhododendron varieties and is surrounded by striking Himalayan mountain ranges. One of the most thrilling activities in Lachen is trekking through the valley, which draws tourists and adventurers from across the world.
